报告摘要：This surveytalkaims at giving the state of the art in the study of string C-group representations of almost simple groups. It also suggest a series of problems and conjectures to the interested reader.

报告人简介：比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学Dimitri教授博士毕业于布鲁塞尔自由大学是正则多面体领域国际专家，他在自同构群为几乎单群的多面体方面有很深的理解。截止2024年初共发表高水平科研论文100余篇，其中在综合类期刊TransAMS，ProcAMS发表多篇长文，在代数领域顶级刊物Journal of Algebre发表7篇，离散几何领域顶级刊物DCG上2篇等。
